Real estate usually starts with something happening in life. A growing family. An empty nest. An aging parent. A new opportunity. A house that no longer fits. Or simply the feeling that it might be time for something different.

My job is to help you make sense of what comes next.

I bring genuine human understanding, concierge-level guidance, and impactful marketing to the process. That might mean coordinating the details of getting a home ready for market, helping a buyer see beyond the listing photos, working through a difficult decision, or telling you when I think the smartest move is not to move at all.

My background in communication, negotiation, and creative strategy helps me see possibilities, ask better questions, and tell a home's story. Staying involved in the community keeps me connected to the people and places I serve, and curious about what makes a place truly feel like home.

Away from real estate, I'm an Aussie, family man, proud Girl Dad, novelist, auctioneer, podcaster, sailor, and lifelong adventurer. Exploration has always been part of who I am, whether that's traveling somewhere new, learning something completely unexpected, or simply wondering what's around the next corner.
